Why choose us

Eight reasons owners drive past closer shops to get here

The short version: we have the building, the equipment and the trades in house to take a large vehicle whole rather than farming out half the job, and we publish our rates so you can check the math on your own invoice.

The building is the argument

A 45 foot Class A needs a bay it fits in, a paint booth it fits in, and a frame rack rated for 26,000 pounds. Most collision shops have none of the three, which is why they either turn coach work away or subcontract the parts they cannot do. At 35,000 square feet we take the vehicle whole and keep it whole.

Nothing major goes out the door

Structural, body, paint, fiberglass, electrical, plumbing, appliance and interior all happen here. Every subcontract adds a handoff, a delay, and one more party who can point at the other when something is wrong. One shop, one point of accountability, one throat to choke.

The rate sheet is public

Body and paint $210 an hour, mechanical $260, diagnostics $285, detail $95, materials on a published formula, parts markup tiered and stated. You can reconcile your own invoice line by line without asking us to explain it. Almost nobody in this category will publish that.

Estimates are paid, which is why they are real

A $150 estimate that gets credited back against the repair buys you hours of proper assessment, including pulling panels when the damage reads structural. A no-charge walk-around buys you a guess that gets corrected upward later. We would rather charge for the work and do it properly.

Insurance is a core competency, not a nuisance

We bill direct with every major carrier, we write and submit supplements ourselves with photographic support, and we challenge total loss determinations with real frame measurements when the numbers warrant it. Under California Insurance Code 758.5 you choose the shop, not your insurer.

All years, all makes, all classes

On the floor in a typical week: a 1959 Flxible bus restoration, a current model Sprinter conversion, a municipal refuse truck and a fifth wheel with delamination. Shops that specialise narrowly are efficient right up until your vehicle is the one outside the specialty.

Licensed and documented

California BAR licensed ARD00288521 and EPA certified CAL000367879. Every job is photographed at intake, at teardown and at completion. That record is what supports a supplement, settles a dispute and proves what was done.

We tell you the real timeline

If a factory panel has a fourteen week lead time, you hear fourteen weeks on the first call rather than two weeks repeated six times. Weekly updates run whether or not there is progress, because the complaint owners actually have about collision shops is silence, not workmanship.

The honest version

What we are not

We are not the cheapest shop you will call. Posted rates at $210 an hour are not budget rates, and we do not price match, because a shop that quotes low on a documented scope is usually planning to make it up in supplements.

We are not fast on structural insurance work. Nobody is. When a job takes twelve weeks it is because carrier approval took three and a factory panel took six, and any shop promising you three weeks on that job is telling you what you want to hear.

We do not do mobile or roadside service. All work happens at the Yorba Linda facility, because the equipment that makes this shop worth driving to does not fit in a van.

What we are is the shop that takes the vehicle other shops decline, does the whole job under one roof, and shows you the arithmetic. If that is what you need, book an estimate.

Bring us the job the other shop turned down

We work on all years, all makes and all classes, from Class A diesel pushers down to enclosed cargo trailers. Estimates are $150 and are credited back against an authorized repair, so the money goes toward the work rather than to a shop that never touches your vehicle.
