Our story
Why this shop exists
There is a specific gap in Southern California vehicle repair, and it is the reason this facility is the size it is.
Automotive collision shops are excellent at cars. They have the equipment, the training and the volume to be efficient at it. What they do not have is a bay that holds 45 feet, a paint booth the size of a small warehouse, or a frame rack rated for a 26,000 pound chassis. So when a Class A motorhome or a refuse truck arrives, they either decline it or accept it and subcontract the parts they cannot do.
RV service centres have the opposite problem. They know coaches, they can service a slide-out and troubleshoot an absorption refrigerator, and they are not structural repair shops. Frame work, paint and serious body repair go out to somebody else.
Both models leave the owner coordinating between shops that each hold part of the job, and every handoff is a delay and a place for accountability to disappear.
This shop was built to take the whole vehicle. Structural, body, paint, fiberglass, electrical, plumbing, appliance and interior work all happen under one roof, which means one shop is accountable for the finished vehicle. That is the entire argument, and everything about the facility follows from it.
The facility
35,000 square feet, and why the number matters
Square footage sounds like marketing. On this kind of work it is a capability statement, because the constraint on repairing a large vehicle is almost always physical rather than technical.
A 45 foot coach needs a bay it fits inside with room to work around it. A full repaint needs a booth that holds the vehicle, because painting a coach in sections produces visible transitions. Frame work needs a rack rated for the chassis weight and floor anchors to pull against. Panel fabrication needs space to lay up and cure a moulded part. Fleet work needs yard space so several units can be staged without blocking the shop.
Shops without that space are not being lazy when they decline coach work. They physically cannot do it, and the honest ones say so rather than accepting the job and subcontracting three quarters of it.
In the shop on a typical week: a vintage bus conversion under restoration, a current model Sprinter conversion after a collision, a fifth wheel with delamination across a sidewall, and a municipal refuse truck with structural damage. All years, all makes, all classes is a description of the floor rather than a slogan.

Who does the work
The trades under this roof are structural and frame, body and fiberglass, paint and refinishing, mechanical and electrical, plumbing and appliance, interior and cabinetry, fabrication and welding, and detail.
That breadth is deliberate and it is unusual. Most shops carry two or three of those and buy in the rest. Carrying all of them means a repair that crosses four trades is one conversation rather than four scheduling problems, and it means the person who found the water damage during a body repair can walk twenty feet and talk to the person who will rebuild the floor.
Estimating is done by people who have worked on these vehicles rather than by people reading from a guide, which is why our estimates recommend teardown when the damage reads structural instead of writing a number from the outside and revising it later.

We work on all years, all makes and all classes, from Class A diesel pushers down to enclosed cargo trailers. Estimates are $150 and are credited back against an authorized repair, so the money goes toward the work rather than to a shop that never touches your vehicle.
