Read the real ones, including the bad ones
We do not publish selected testimonials on this page. Anyone can write a glowing quote and attach a first name to it, which is exactly why they are worth nothing to you. Instead, here are direct links to the platforms where real customers have left real reviews that we cannot edit or remove.
Where to look
Verified review platforms
The largest volume of reviews and the one most people check first. Reviews there are tied to Google accounts and cannot be edited by us.
Yelp
Yelp filters aggressively and shows both recommended and not-recommended reviews. Worth reading both lists rather than just the headline rating.
Recommendations from accounts with visible history, which makes them harder to fake than anonymous reviews.
Being straight about it
What our reviews actually say
If you read across the platforms you will find praise for the work and complaints about two things specifically: cost, and communication during long repairs. Both are worth addressing directly rather than hoping you do not notice.
On cost
We are not the cheapest shop you will call and we do not try to be. Posted labor at $210 an hour for body and paint is not a budget rate, and estimates are paid rather than given away. The reason is that a shop doing structural work on large vehicles properly cannot run on automotive volume pricing, and a shop that quotes low on a documented scope is usually planning to make it up in supplements.
What we do instead is publish everything. Every labor rate, the materials formula, the parts markup, the deposit schedule and the card surcharge are all on the pricing page so you can reconcile your own invoice line by line before you ever call. Almost nobody in this category will do that.
On communication
This is the fair criticism and it is the one we have changed process around. The complaint is almost never about workmanship. It is about an owner dropping off a vehicle and hearing nothing for three weeks, reasonably concluding that nothing is happening.
The standard now is a weekly update whether or not there is progress, saying what is actually true. If we are waiting on your carrier, the update says we are waiting on your carrier and who we spoke to last. If a factory panel has a fourteen week lead time, you hear fourteen weeks on the first call rather than two weeks repeated seven times. And you get a call before any change to scope or cost, with photographs, before the work happens rather than on the invoice.

Reviews are how a shop like this gets found, and an honest critical one is more useful to us than a five star with no detail. If something went wrong, we would genuinely rather hear it from you first at info@ocrvcenter.com so we can fix it, and then you can write whatever you think is fair.
Bring us the job the other shop turned down
We work on all years, all makes and all classes, from Class A diesel pushers down to enclosed cargo trailers. Estimates are $150 and are credited back against an authorized repair, so the money goes toward the work rather than to a shop that never touches your vehicle.
