Accessibility Statement

We want this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion settings. This page states what we have done and how to tell us when we have missed something.
Standard we target
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA. That is the standard commonly referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act and by California state accessibility requirements.
We test with automated tooling on every build and with manual keyboard and screen reader checks on each page type.
What we have done
Every page uses semantic HTML with proper heading order, landmarks and a skip link to main content.
The site navigation, including the desktop mega menu and the mobile menu, works entirely by keyboard and requires no JavaScript at all.
Colour contrast meets or exceeds AA on all text. Our amber accent colour is used only for large display text, icons and on dark backgrounds, never for body copy, because it does not meet AA against white.
Interactive controls have visible focus indicators and a minimum touch target of 48 by 48 pixels.
Images carry descriptive alternative text. Decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology.
The site respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting and disables animation, including the reading progress indicator, when it is enabled.
Wide content such as pricing tables scrolls within its own container so the page body never scrolls sideways, including at 375 pixels.
Known limitations
The embedded map on the contact page is a third-party component and its accessibility is outside our control. The full address, phone number and hours are published as text on the same page so no information is available only through the map.
If we add video content, transcripts and captions will be provided.
