Short version: OCRV Center is a 35,000 square foot collision and service facility at 23281 La Palma Ave in Yorba Linda, about about 25 minutes from Cypress, California on the 91. We repair RVs, campers, trailers, vans, commercial trucks and municipal fleet vehicles, we bill insurance carriers direct, and we publish every labor rate and markup rather than hiding them.

What we do

Repair services with published price ranges

Every service page states a real range and the labor hours behind it. No shop in the category publishes this, which is precisely why we do.

What we work on

From a 1959 bus conversion to a current model Rivian

A Class A diesel pusher and an enclosed cargo trailer fail in completely different ways. Pick your vehicle and read what actually goes wrong with it.

Insurance repair

Your insurer cannot make you use their shop

California Insurance Code section 758.5 gives you the right to choose your own repair facility. A carrier can recommend. It cannot require. Most carrier-preferred shops are automotive shops, and an automotive shop measuring a 26,000 pound chassis is a problem you will live with for years.

We bill direct with every major carrier and document supplements with photographs at teardown, which is the step that decides whether a supplement gets approved or argued.

  • Teardown photographed before a single part is ordered
  • Supplements written and submitted by us, not by you
  • Direct billing so you are not fronting the repair
  • Total loss determinations challenged with real measurements
  • Aftermarket and custom build documentation handled at intake

Pricing

We publish the rate sheet. Almost nobody does.

You can read our posted labor rates, materials formula, parts markup and deposit schedule before you ever call. Then you can check the math on your own estimate, line by line.

Cypress, California

Why Cypress owners end up here

Cypress sits between the 605 and the 91 with no heavy-vehicle collision facility inside the city limits. That is not a criticism of Cypress. It is a function of zoning and land: a shop that can take a 45 foot coach needs a paint booth roughly the size of a small warehouse and a frame rack rated well past what an automotive shop ever needs.

So Cypress owners have two options. Take the coach to an automotive body shop that will subcontract the parts it cannot do and hope the handoffs go cleanly. Or drive 22 miles up the 91 to a facility built for the vehicle.

We get RV owners from the residential streets north of Katella, fleet managers running box trucks and service vehicles out of the Cypress business parks, and municipal accounts with refuse trucks and utility vehicles that cannot afford to sit. Same shop, same posted rates, same people.

Directions, hours and the estimate booking form are on the contact page. If it is not drivable, call and we will talk through the tow.

Answers

Common questions from Cypress owners

Do you serve Cypress, California?
Yes. The shop is at 23281 La Palma Ave in Yorba Linda, about about 25 minutes from Cypress on the 91. A large share of our work comes from Cypress owners and fleet managers, because there is no facility inside the city with a paint booth and a frame rack sized for a 45 foot coach.
What does an estimate cost?
Estimates are $150 and in-depth diagnostics are $285 for the first hour. Both are credited back in full against an authorized repair, so the money goes into the work rather than into a walk-around. We charge for estimates because a real estimate on a large vehicle takes hours and often requires pulling panels, and a guess made in a parking lot is worth what it costs.
How soon can you start work?
Scheduling depends on the job and the current floor. Smaller body and paint work usually starts within one to two weeks. Structural work and insurance jobs start once the claim is approved and parts are secured, which is typically two to four weeks from the first call. Call and describe the damage and we will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes, we bill direct with every major carrier including Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA SoCal, Mercury, Allstate, American Family, Wawanesa, Liberty Mutual and more. You are not required to use a shop your insurer recommends. Under California Insurance Code section 758.5 you choose your own repair facility, and most carrier-preferred shops are automotive shops without the equipment to measure an RV chassis.
What kinds of vehicles do you work on?
All years, all makes, all classes. Class A gas and diesel pusher motorhomes, Class B and C, bus conversions and skoolies, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, pop-ups and truck campers, Sprinter and ProMaster and Transit vans, box trucks, semis, flatbeds, school and transit buses, ambulances and fire apparatus, refuse and utility trucks, police and municipal fleets, Rivian R1T and R1S, and mobile business builds including food trucks and mobile medical units.
Where are your prices published?
Every labor rate, materials formula, parts markup, estimate price and deposit term is posted on the pricing page. Body and paint labor is $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical is $260, diagnostics are $285 and detail is $95. Most shops will not publish this. We do, because you should be able to check the math on your own estimate line by line.

Bring us the job the other shop turned down

We work on all years, all makes and all classes, from Class A diesel pushers down to enclosed cargo trailers. Estimates are $150 and are credited back against an authorized repair, so the money goes toward the work rather than to a shop that never touches your vehicle.
