This policy explains what information OCRV Center collects through ocrv.store, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be impenetrable.
What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you supply one, a description of your vehicle, the service you are enquiring about, and your message.
We do not require an account, we do not sell anything on this site, and there is no login.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are delivered to info@ocrvcenter.com and used to contact you about the repair or estimate you asked about.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we do not sell, rent or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
How it is transmitted and stored
The form submits over HTTPS. Delivery to our inbox is handled by a third-party email service acting as a processor on our behalf.
Once delivered, your enquiry sits in our business email and, if it becomes a job, in our repair records. We keep repair records for as long as required for tax and regulatory purposes, and in case a question arises later about work we performed.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts.
Our hosting provider records standard server request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, which is used for security and to keep the site running. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before we do.
Your rights in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising either right.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on those grounds.

Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
