What to expect

Do I need an appointment?
For an estimate, yes. A proper estimate on a large vehicle takes hours and sometimes requires pulling panels, so we schedule them rather than working walk-ins into the day. Call or use the form and we will find a slot. If you have an active insurance claim, tell us at booking and we will open the file with your adjuster before you arrive.
My RV is not drivable. What do I do?
Call and tell us where it is. We will talk through the tow, including what kind of equipment your vehicle needs, which matters more than people expect on a 40 foot coach. If your policy includes towing, coordinate it through your carrier and have them send it here rather than to a storage yard, because storage fees start accruing immediately and they come out of your settlement.
What should I bring to the estimate?
Registration, your insurance information and claim number if you have one, and any receipts for aftermarket work such as solar, lifts, custom bumpers or interior builds. Those receipts are the difference between a modification being covered and being written off as pre-existing. Photos taken at the scene are useful too.
How long does an estimate take?
A walk-around and write-up is usually one to two hours. If the damage looks structural we will want to pull panels, which turns it into a half day or longer. We tell you which one it is before you commit. The $150 is credited back against an authorized repair either way.
